veggies & udon noodles
udon noodles
1 can of sliced mushrooms
6 green onions, chopped
cilantro
1/4 cup red pepper, sliced
1/4 cup yellow pepper, sliced
1/4 cup orange pepper, sliced
1/2 cup kale, chopped
1 package of meatless ground “beef”
montreal steak spice
frank’s red hot sauce
cook the udon noodles as per package directions. in a pan, add the mushrooms and green onions and cook on a medium-high heat until the mushrooms have browned up (if you need to, add some water so they dont burn); turn down the heat to about a medium. next, add all the remaining veggies and cook for about 5 mins. once the udon noodles are done cooking, add them to the veggies and stir well. cook for an additional 5-10 mins.


I made this with carrots, onions, garlic, mushrooms and sriracha and it was to die for.
