Instructions
  1. Set oven to 425 degrees. (For the broccoli).
  2. Put your Instant Pot on Saute mode. Pour all the ingredients for the chicken Teriyaki Sauce into your Instant Pot, except the chicken. Heat up and stir for 2 – 4 minutes, directly in the Instant Pot.
  3. Turn off saute, add the whole chicken breasts to the IP, and close it. Set the IP to manual for 12 minutes, making sure the valve is on “sealing”. Once done, do a quick release and shred the chicken on a plate or cutting board. Toss the shredded chicken back to the IP to coat in the remaining sauce.
  4. While your chicken is cooking, cut your broccoli into florets and coat broccoli in oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for ~15 – 20 minutes while chicken cooks in the Instant Pot, watching so it doesn’t burn. Broil for 1 – 2 minutes at the end for super crispy broccoli.
  5. Serve chicken over rice or whatever you’d like, with broccoli on the side. Enjoy!
