Pumpkin French Toast
This fall-inspired Pumpkin French Toast is made with real pumpkin, no added sugar, and is completely addictive. Bonus: It can be made in an oven to ensure even cooking, no burning, and cut down on time!

Instructions
  1. Whisk all wet ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Slice your bread. Dip each slice in mixture to coat. I suggest using tongs for this part.
  3. If making on stovetop: Melt some coconut oil (or any neutral oil) in a pan on Medium/High. Cook bread until outside is crispy but not burnt, about 2 – 3 minutes per side. Make sure pan doesn’t get too hot as you make the batches!
  4. If making in the oven: Preheat oven to 300. Spray a broiling tray generously with coconut oil. Place slices of bread and bake for ~8 – 9 minutes, watching closely at the end to ensure they do not burn.
