Instructions
  1. Add all wet ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add the dry ingredients on top and slowly fold everything together until combined, do not overmix!
  2. Let mixture sit to thicken up for about 5 minutes while you heat up your waffle iron. Cook, according to your waffle iron instructions. (See what I use above)
  3. Enjoy! Top with maple syrup, almond butter, or coconut whipped cream!
Recipe Notes

These waffles are sweetened only with a banana so they are not overly sweet. If you want a sweeter waffle, you can drizzle with maple syrup or add a couple tablespoons of sugar to the batter.
