- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¼ Cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Salt If your peanut butter is not salted
- ¼ Cup Almond Milk Or any milk of your choice

In a large bowl, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and almond milk. Use a silicone spatula to combine as best you can.
Add the almond milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until you have achieved a cookie dough consistency. You may not need all of the milk.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and place the balls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet in the freezer to firm up. Store the protein balls in the freezer in a sealed bag or container.
Allow the protein ball to thaw for a couple minutes and then enjoy!
Which protein powder do you use? I recommend this one or I also love this one. Use this one if you want these balls to be vegan.
How long do protein balls last? These Protein Balls will last up to 3 months in the freezer, or about 2 weeks in the fridge.
Can I make these Nut Free Protein Balls? Sure can - try Sun Butter or Tahini instead.
