Healthy Cookie Dough Protein Balls

These Healthy Cookie Dough Protein Balls come together in 1 bowls and just a few minutes, and make for a healthy snack all week long. See the notes for nut-free or a vegan friendly substitutions!

Equipment

  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Silicone Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¼ Cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt If your peanut butter is not salted
  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk Or any milk of your choice
  • ¼ Cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and almond milk. Use a silicone spatula to combine as best you can.
  • Add the almond milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until you have achieved a cookie dough consistency. You may not need all of the milk.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll into balls and place the balls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet in the freezer to firm up. Store the protein balls in the freezer in a sealed bag or container.
  • Allow the protein ball to thaw for a couple minutes and then enjoy!

Notes

Which protein powder do you use? I recommend this one or I also love this one. Use this one if you want these balls to be vegan.  
How long do protein balls last? These Protein Balls will last up to 3 months in the freezer, or about 2 weeks in the fridge. 
Can I make these Nut Free Protein Balls? Sure can - try Sun Butter or Tahini instead.
