Paleo Tahini Banana Bread {Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free}

paleo tahini banana bread

Paleo Tahini Banana Bread – that’s a lot to take in. Let’s break it down…

Paleo: ya know, nothing processed, all real food, etc…

Tahini: creamy, delicious goodness & one of the best sources of calcium

Banana Bread: basically the best treat, but I didn’t really need to tell you that

Are you on board yet?

The 2 main ingredients of this bread are in the title: Tahini & Banana. Add some almond flour to give it a “bready” texture, some eggs to bind it all together, and a touch of honey to sweeten it ever-so-slightly, and that’s it! You could also leave the honey out and make it less sweet. OR, you could add in chocolate chips and make it more sweet. Go crazy.

I loved topping my Tahini Banana Bread with even more Tahini (!!!) and some yogurt and granola. Also, it would be delicious with a drizzle of honey. And on its own!
